Q1.What is your payment term?
Most of customer choose T/T ,30% deposit ,and 70% against BL draft copy within 7 days .we also accept L/C at sight, D/P at sight, and CAD.
 
Q2.What is your terms of delivery ?
FOB ,EXW,CIF,CFR DDU.
 
Q3.How about your delivery time?
A .Normally around 15-40 days after order confirm and received deposit, it depends on the item and quantity your order.
 
Q4.Can you produce according to the sample?
Yes ,we can produce by sample color or design .
 
Q5.Can you offer product sample?
A Yes we can provide A4 size sample for your check .
 
Q6.How long we can get the sample?
If exist sample that we have , may need 1-2 days around ,depends on courier.
If according to customer's new design , then need open a new mould need around 7-15 days around.
